Laptops and driver updates ???

Quick noob question:

I’m going to install windows 7 on to my laptop, however I’m just wondering how I’m going to get the drivers for the mobo, network drivers etc? I have no idea what model the laptop is and I’m worried that if I update I wont be able to re-connect back to the internet.

surely it tells you the model on a sticker on the bottom ? Where the serial number is.

Yep must be a model number on the laptop bottom if not before you install windows 7 download lavalys everest that will tell you the laptop model and all the parts in your laptop in devices.
