Laptop's display not turning off

Had a play with the settings but there must be some kind of program that is running to stop the display from turning off, anyone know how I can find out what is causing this?

Is it a dell laptop? I find mine sometimes just doesn't turn itself off.

Its a Medion, I dont want to turn the laptop off I just want the display to turn itself off after 10mins idle
