large-ish hands, palm grip

My hands are quite large and broad fingers.
The most comfortable mouse I have had is a Razer Mamba (original).
I have used a RAT 9, which was comfortable and worked well, but physically broke in less than a year.
I have also tried the Razer Naga (original), but all those buttons were uncomfortable for the thumb to use and not an intuitive layout.
I would like a new mouse (the Mamba is now dying) that is responsive - I tend to use 1800-2000 dpi mostly, and has a few programmable buttons for the thumb (MMO use). The mouse must poll at 1000/sec.
I have a Vespula mat, but then mats can easily be changed.
I do find the higher back to a mouse most comfortable because of the size of my hands.
I really don't mind whether it is wired or wireless as long as it is responsive and comfortable.
Can the OCUK Hive Mind suggest what I should be looking at.
By the way I won't touch Logitech anymore.

Corsair M65/M40 is a decent sized mouse and works great with a palm grip for me.

Or of you want loads of thumb buttons for MMO the M95 I think it's called.

Did you two not read his post fully?

"By the way I won't touch Logitech anymore"

: OP I am also palm grip and recent Logitech's are not the same build quality as years ago.

I'm a palm grip most of the time from the most recent mouse Logitech G400 (current), Steelseries Ikari and IE 3.0 (I still use it for CS). I was thinking of Zowie FK1 vs Miniox Naos 7000, for me the Naos reminds me of the ikari which had IMO the best ergonomics for palmgrippers. If you don't like the ergonomics there's always Miniox Avior...

Edit

P.s How do you people hold G400? I change my grip all the time during gaming with this mouse, the shape of it is weird and uncomfortable...

Edit2

I just checked the order history and I've had this mouse for over 2 years now, I guess it was a good buy overall as it only costed £21.
