I just made this icon 
I bet someone will say "heres one" but meh..! I think this one came out pretty well. It's PNG, and was made in Fireworks. This is the original (vector) one so can be resized as big as you like without any quality loss. Feel free to edit it or whatever! Opinions/comments welcome.
(IE6 users, if any, might see this image with a wierd colour background. That's your fault for using IE6. Stop using it!)
I made this for RocketDock... Save it to C:\Program Files\Rocketdock\Icons if you want to use it with Rocketdock
One big problem with RocketDock, is that when you click the "show desktop" icon in quick start, RocketDock gets minimised too..! I found out that one way around this is to have the Show Desktop icon actually as an icon in the RocketDock toolbar, and the RocketDock toolbar as show on mouseover with AutoHide enabled. But the problem there is that the icon looks fuzzy. This icon (above) and this guide (below) will help you make it look sexeh!
Before:
To create a Show Dekstop icon that works in the RocketDock toolbar, do this in Notepad:
[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
On the File menu, click Save As, in the Save as type drop-down list select "all files" (to stop it putting .txt on the end), and then save the file somewhere (e.g. My Documents) as Show Desktop.scf. Now put that in your rocketdock (right click -> add item -> file -> etc). When it's in there, right click it and click "Icon Settings". Change it for the icon you see in the list (the desktop icon at the top of this post, which you should have saved to C:\Program Files\Rocketdock\Icons\ or whever rocketdock's installed on your pc)!
