Large sofa try for laptop?

I am trying to find a large foldable sofa tray that I can use to work on. I have a surface pro 3 and use a full sized mouse. It would be nice to be able to adjust the height also.

Everything I have seen only supports a laptop and doesn't have enough room to move a mouse.

Any suggestions?
