Larkcooler Radiator?

Friend had a 240 larkooler radiator for me, anyway had a quick google of it and its showing it has copper pipes but aluminium fins and water tunnel. Which poses my question is it safe to use? Am I wrong in saying it is mixing metals?

as long as the water doesn't touch any ali, then its fine

pretty sure ali fins are normal? doesn't mean the core is.
