Borussia M'gladbach v Man City (should be straight forward)
Lazio v Bayern Munich (should be easy enough for Bayern)
Atletico Madrid v Chelsea (should be a good even attacking game that)
RB Leipzig v Liverpool (could be better, could be worse)
Porto v Juventus (Juve should be fine there)
Barcelona v PSG (clash of giants)
Sevilla v Dortmund (Cant see anything but Dortmund there)
Atalanta v Real Madrid (frankly could go either way given Reals form)

Some very underwhelming ties there. On paper Barca - PSG is a big game but this Barca side isn't very good, still relying on Messi to win them games and much the same with PSG - they're currently sitting 3rd in Ligue 1 and could drop to 4th if Marseille can pick up 2 points from their 2 games in hand.

Must admit that a lot of the ties appear , on paper, to be pretty clear cut. I think the most interesting tie there is probably Atletico v Chelsea.

I'm not sure anything is clear cut this season. You could pick out the favourites of each of those ties and they've all lost to far inferior sides this seasn than who they'll face. We typically get a couple of real heavy weight games between genuine top teams but the best we've got this time is two big sides on the decline.

Will be a tough game for Chelsea :D

Would be good to see AM win the UCL for once as they always seem to fall short, a bit like PSG but the latter is a different story in terms of transfer spending etc

Didn't want to be in the CL anyway. All the top teams in Europe are in the EL as well. Ole clearly just saw that and wanted more of a challenge that the CL could provide.

Thats why I said on paper :)
