Any reason why you are going for the DDR2 and DDR3 board?

can upgrade later, was recommended it in another thread a few weeks ago.

The board will not really be up to running the decent DDR3 when it appears at reasonable prices in the future, newer boards will do a much better job.

I would go and get a board that concentrates on DDR2 and does a good job at it, something like maybe a Abit IP35.

Deal with DDR3 when you are in a position to buy it, at the moment its only worth it when you have unlimited funds otherwise the money is usually better used in other areas of the system.

Oki, point taken. Changed the processor. Same price anyway.

but i did realise the reviews - - just watch out if you buy a Tuniq tower heatsink, you need to position it carefully to clear the cpacitors at the side furthest from the Northbridge.

Anyone wanna reco a cpu cooler?
or will the tuniq tower do?
