Last few components

Hi,

I am about to purchase last few remaining parts for my builds. Graphics, RAM, Motherboard, CPU Cooler.

Motherboard chosen is Gigabyte X99-SLI - Intel Core i7 5820K Six Core CPU & Motherboard Bundle ***£50 Saving*** £441.98

could someone spec me RAM, CPU Cooler to go with board and that will fit in my Phanteks luxe case. Also what 980TI card should I go with?

Any ram will do really, depends on the colour scheme but theres little difference between them. would go with a corsair AIO but change the fans on it and defo the 980ti MSI without question.

Yeah thats the one i was talking about, superb card and very very quiet, it's more than worth its price tag. They beat the titans on a lot of benchmarks.

all of the 980ti cards are gonna perform excellent, but the cards like the MSI run cooler and quiet and overclock really well. Have mine stable on 1500 core. Unreal seriously great cards. I wouldn't buy a reference one though unless watercooling it. Don't get the 980 and 980ti mixed up though, there's a fairly big difference between them.

DDR4 RAM, Uggh, I gguess one that fits the colour scheme would look nice.

This is a good board mate for overclocking. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-520-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2875 . Really its down to what your after. I use a Gigabyte gaming 7 and it's superb. The board you have chose will be fine.

Omg yeah sorry I completely missed that, yeah thats fine lol. If you need any help overclocking with X99 message me mate, spent ages getting used to it over the past 2 months since going X99 myself

Well I asked on the forums for help off some of the lads, and then I had a mess about with it, took me quite a while to get things right. It's massively different than what I had before it ( Sandy ), but easy once you get the hang of it really.

Yes mate, never use software overclocking. It's far too unstable and unreliable.

I won't touch 4k until the monitor is using 120hertz minimum mate. Using a Asus Rog Swift 1440p now and it's superb.
