hi just a little question this will sound dumb but goto ask before i order on friday.

i am ordering my last 4 items so i can build my gaming rig.

one. the intel i5 4670k haswell is defo compatible with any motherboard as long as it is a 1150 my daft question and whats is the diffrence between the haswell i5 4670k retail and the i5 4670k oem? as there is a 6pound difference.

i am ordering my my os windows 7 64b, cpu intel i5 4670k a msi r9290 gpu and a msi z87 g45 motherboard if they get any in stock ps could u recommend another motherboard that is easy to overclock plz and is 1150 compatible ty budget around 120 pound mark.
 
You're motherboard and CPU are compatible

The difference between OEM and retail is with retail you get a 3 year warranty and a heatsink / fan. OEM is just the bare chip and a standard 1 year warranty.

This is also a good board that comes recommended on here quite a bit. Better on-board sound and still easy to overclock with
