Hi new to forums looking for advice on finishing a little upgrade that turned into a huge upgrade.

I use my PC for gaming (elite, bf4, alien isolation), watching blurays and a little bit of video editing. would like to future proof it for like 3-4 years with also an eye out for oculus rift compatibility.

these parts I have;-

Case - Chieftec Mesh CA-01B-B-B
Power Supply - Antec Truepower Quattro 1200W PSU
Sound Card - ROG Xonar Pheobus Solo, with Tiamat 7.1
Optical - Pioneer BDR-209DBK
Storage - SAMSUNG 750GB 840 EVO SSD SATA 2.5, with Western Digital Green 4TB SATA 6 Gb/s

these parts I've already ordered;-

CPU - Intel Core i7-5820K 3.30GHz Socket 2011v3 15MB Cache Retail Boxed Processor
GPU - 12GB Gigabyte GeForce GTX TITAN X, PCIe 3.0, 7010MHz GDDR5, GPU 1000MHz, Boost 1075MHz, Cores 3072, 3x DP 1.2/HDMI/DVI-I
Monitor - Samsung 34" Curved Ultra Wide S34E790C

These parts I need help with/and my budget;-

Motherboard - socket 2011 - upto £370
Heat Sink - ? - Upto £100
Memory - ? - Upto £400

Mobo - I don't overclock, don't use raid for storage and I have a separate sound card. do want plenty of usb3 ports and feel more comfortable with asus or gigabyte boards but am open minded about change. was looking at the asus rampage V extreme x99 but was worried it might be mostly wasted or a bit to complicated for my needs.

Heat Sink - Have used and do like Noctua sinks, I do like it to be quiet, not sure which would be best tho, again not set in stone as have concerns about it limiting what memory I can fit under it.

Memory - no clue here just after best/fastest/reliability. anymake ok being aware of height issue with heatsink. would like 32gb so I can have every program I have open all the time.

thanks for your time and suggestions.
