as title my friends going to order a new computer tomorrow, hows this all look?

btw, has no one got the 8800gt or what? cause i want to have this computer up and running for friday

Looks good....only thing I could suggest is if he's gonna be doing any overclocking, might be best to get a better cpu cooler. But if not then that all looks good.

I think there is a shortgage of them since they're new out. You'll have to keep an eye out, I think they'll trickle in for the first few weeks. That spec looks fine. Any particular reason for chosing that case? I'm sure it'll be fine but I have no knowlege of it so I cant confirm.

Will your friend be overclocking? If he is he could save some cash and get a lower speed CPU and will need better cooling

Just researching a new DVD-RW at the moment and the NEC/Optiarc 7170 your friend has selected is meant to sound like a jet engine ..... :eek:
