Hi there

OK I've been a stubborn git for weeks with board partners pushing for a deal, then refusing it due to not been good enough and continuing to work them hard to try and get somewhere.

Problem now is the huge supplies they had are essentially depleted and they are now building to demand, there is no longer an over supply so I feel this could be one of the last chance deals as such as from this point onwards 10 series won't be in over supply on any GPU and will just fall in line price wise with RTX series as prices are as follows:

1050Ti @ £149.99-£169.99
1060 6G @ £249.99-£299.99
1070 @ £349.99-£399.99
1070Ti @ £419.99-£499.99
1080 EOL (£499 guidance)
1080Ti EOL (£649 guidance)
2070 @ £569.99
2080 @ £749.99
2080Ti @ £1199.99

NVIDIA has stopped selling 10 series direct due to have no more GPU supply and giving all remaining GPU to board partners as board parters shall now fulfill 1070Ti and below.

That is about it folks, on 1080 and above the other partners have sold out, I can't really disclose performance data on RTX but I can tell you no one would be disappointing with a 1080 or 1080Ti at these prices. :)

P.S. REMEMBER FREE DESTINY 2 PC Game + DLC whilst stock last is included (1050Ti NOT INCLUDED)! :)

It's not an X
Gaming
1620 MHz / 1506 MHz (OC Mode)
1607 MHz / 1493 MHz (Gaming Mode)
1582 MHz / 1480 MHz (Silent Mode)

Gaming X
1683 MHz / 1569 MHz (OC Mode)
1657 MHz / 1544 MHz (Gaming Mode)
1582 MHz / 1480 MHz (Silent Mode)

But it's the best deal about by about £30 or more

The only difference however is BIOS, you could in theory flash a Gaming X BIOS to a Gaming, no issue or just simply overclock the card as most 1080Ti hit around 1850-1950MHz boost when clocked anyway. :)

Got to say good effort and shame the supplier(s) cant move further, but I suppose if the supply is now limited and they know they can sell the rest of the stock anyway then there's not much chance of lower pricing.

That is the case, but you also need to remember the board partners are close to their cost and were making single digit margin, so there really is very little to nothing to give.

I must also re-affirm its a PRE-ORDER ONLY price, once our stock lands, it goes up simply due to how slim the margin is.

They're really nice build quality though I've had several of their cards, much better than the evga carp I had before and £86 less than what I paid for mine a year or two ago. Really tempted to buy another. Must... resist....

That generation of MSI cooler is very good, it is slim but tall but effective and good build quality. :)

Cards on Pascal will also run more like 1950-2000 clock naturally anyway, worth mentioning if anyone’s worried about the difference in quoted.

Plus even more with MSI Afterburner tweaks!

Cracking deal!

True I think most know that the MSI Gaming will probably hit 2000MHz quite easily.

Only reason why board partners release so many similar SKU's is to get more breadth, they feel more SKU's equal more sales, of course it does not always work, sometimes less is more. ;)

@Gibbo how long until the 1080ti will be available?

The stock is due mid next week, only 300 units expected and so far around 20 pre-sold and we have not advertised deal yet, so the MSI will prove popular.
Also when the MSI stock lands, the price will go up to around £650, hence why it makes sense to pre-order.

Gigabyte at £629.99 will last longer.

Gibbo no way you could keep this offer until the benches are released? hahaha.

Guess it depends on the benches, if 1080Ti is still a performance king, demand will go up, as will price otherwise price shall remain as it is. As 1080Ti gets more slim and stock less, the price will go up, that is supply and demand, now 1080Ti is severely limited.

Gigabyte Aorus has sold out, but more are due today, about 100 but we sold 18 in last hour, so deal is strong.

MSI has now pre-sold around 50, again very strong.

Don't miss out guys! These are proving very popular, no doubt because our price is substantially lower than anywhere else. :)
