Last try before RMA

GTX460 ASUS DIRECTCU TOP 768MB.

I get white horizontal lines flickering ingames and I think on dekstop too, its very hard to see, but easy in games. especially dark places.

I Have tried:
New DVI-VGA Cable
Different monitor (Much less lines but still there)
Formatting PC
Drivers are up to date.

Im gonna request a new card and see if that helps. Last call before RMA, What else I could try ?

Only other option is to test in another pc, but RMA does look likely.

You may check LCD screen with DVI socket (and DVI cable, not D-Sub to DVI connector).

Turning on V.Sync in games help, but it depends which ones. in TF2 it completely eliminates the lines, in WaW it does nothing, in Oblivion it deceases them but doesnt get rid of them.

Is it still a card issue ? I must know before sending this card, it might still be healthy
