Hey,

I need to create a document like a Will/Dying wish? to tell people what i want done with my affairs etc when i am gone.

Do you think i could create a word document outlining my instructions? Would that be legally acceptable? Or do i need to go through some company/lawyer and do it properly

I dont have a house. Its basically some requests like giving money to someone and giving a message to someone.
