Lastpass on iOS

Is it me being thick or is this pretty useless on iOS compared to Android.

On my old Galaxy S* I could fill almost all username/password fields in-app with Lastpass yet on iOS I can't seem to see a way to do it.

If I can;t do it, is there something that I can switch too that will work like Lastpass and across Windows and iOS and Mac OS ?

I've found the same, I have to go into the app, copy the passwords and then I use iOS to remember the password. So I'm managing two sets really. Not idea but seems to work.

(ex iOS user here) 1Password had a 'widget' you could add so you didn't need to go into the app, instead brought up the dialog box (like where you choose copy etc.) and you could fill from there. Been a while since I used iOS though.

You usually use a share extension to fill passwords on iOS, iOS 12 allows password managers to tie into the native quick fill.

I believe better autofill will be coming with iOS12? I must admit when I moved from Android I was a bit gutted at how bad LP was, but use Dashlane now anyway.
