Late 2013 rMBP - Power question

Got myself a late 2013 rMBP - absolutely delighted with it.

Quick question in regards to it though, when I have the power adapter plugged into the wall directly I feel a electric current like feeling going through the Macbook, but when I attach the extension cable it goes away.

Any one else noticed this?
 
I occasionally get that with my Air - sort of buzzing feeling through the area either side of the trackpad. No idea whether its meant to do it or not.

I believe without the extension cable it is not earthed or something, from what I can remember.
