Late 2015 21.5 iMac HDD upgrade

Looking to give a new lease of life to an aging iMac at home. Is there any recommended SSDs that will give her a new lease of life?

got a similar age Mac mini with an ssd that absolutely flies in comparison with half the ram and same(ish) cpu. Only difference being it has an ssd

Pretty much any SSD will do better than the standard drive, or the fusion drive in a 2015 iMac. Especially if it's running the standard 5400rpm disk which was criminal even back then.

I'm a fan of Samsung drives personally.
