late payments

right , the situation is like this. I work in a small-medium firm as an engineer. The boss for the last year is giving us a hell of a time and is always , i mean a month and a half late approximately , handing late our wages. And on top of that we have no word on whats going on with the wages and if and when are we going to get paid , no word whatsoever! :mad:

now i am not sure if the boss or the bosses have any obligation for letting us know when are we going to get paid , but FFS we have bills to pay and need to make plans etc.

now , i know my boss for 3-4 years and he is a very fine person , but these events lately have made me mad. I woke up in the morning and i feel like being drawn to slavery

how should i make him clear that i cannot put up this any longer , give me any ideas

its obvious i will speak to him , but have no idea how to start and how to tell.

i am on a contract of employment but i would like not to take legal actions against him, i will leave this as a last option

well it does face some sort of financial problems but it does because of some stupid decisions on buying equipment...shouldnt they make sure we get paid first and then sort out equipment/machinery needs? :rolleyes:

how can a comapny be in a serious financial crisis and still be able to buy software worth of tens of thousands of €? :rolleyes:

they need a punch me thinks
