I have a Linksys WRT54GS Router... and i have to say it does the job! ... i got one coz my mate had one and i noticed it just Worked no messin around.
BUT: i bought mine was pretty much when i got the net in my new house (exacly a year ago) and wen playing CS i get about 300 servers and cant connect straight away, have to wait few minutes for server to respond (once in the game it runs fine). Also with CnC Generals online, i Disconnect every minute or so, but again if am quick enough to get in a game it will run fine...
This seems like Latency to me...so i finally today pulled the router out and went straight to modem..... 3000 servers + no disconnects,
I have packed up the router and proberly going to send it back as it has 3 year warrenty.... Unless anyone would disagree or has advice?
