Latest Directx?

Hi Guys,

I am currently running Vista 64-bit with a 8800 GTX card, where can I obtain the latest release of directx please?

I don't think they offer a redistributable download for it. Google doesn't turn up much. AFAIK it gets updated along with Windows.

sure vista comes with the latest directx and therefore gets updated with the windows updates...

That's just 9.0c which is not what he needs since he's using Vista. He needs 10 which, as far as we are aware, is only available through the Vista update program.
