Hello all,

I am new to the site I am currently looking at new machines as I want to get back to mmorpg game play.

I played wow when the cap was 60 (many moons ago) don't really want to start at the begging can someone recommend a really good game for me to purchase.

If people think wow is still best I may purchase a character and start at end game (where the fun is)

Thanks
Ultra

I just bought a sub for wow after 2 years.

First thing I discovered? OFMG THEY'VE INTEGRATED POKEMON! Everything is in it.

Rift was quite nice, would recommend looking into it.

I've gotten rather bored of GW2 these days, but it's worth a bash - it can be played by casual gamers fairly successfully :P

Must admit though I have more fun on RP Minecraft servers these days lol

If you liked WOW it is worth a try again IMO, if you know someone who is playing I'm pretty sure there is still a level boost they can give you and even then they have made it much easier to level characters to high level.

Though if you're not invested GW2 might be a good idea, I still think that wow has the most to offer though, they have built up a system with so much to do. Don't get me wrong though, I'm no fan, I play on and off every few years and am currently maybe going back :)

Yeah I may just buy myself a high level character and go back to wow descisions hmmm! Rift does sound good as well though.

No point buying accounts when you can get to 80 in 2-3 days with RaF, 80-85 only takes a day and thats without buying MoP greens and blues off AH

Dunno why but the thought of buying a character kinda defeats the purpose of the game to me, however with that said if you have levelled through the content xx times then doing so again is boring and offputting.

Maybe look for a group of likeminded friends who want to do endgame stuff but want to level their own characters, team up and blow through content and then all raid together! easier said than done finding enough people to do so though i guess, ah well, we can all dream :)

Rift is good fun though, although i will say like WoW the game is Top Heavy now, ie all the players are at the higher end, but the mentoring system works well, and there is a lot of stuff to do on the way to max level, but trying to find groups who do the old raids is near on impossible, some people do them for achievements i think still though

+1 for Neverwinter ,I was burnt out on wow just before pandaria but Neverwinter feels very refreshing to me at least ,not to mention it costs nothing to try it out and see if you like it .

As someone else said, seriously if you're going to try WoW again don't buy an account, it's so much easier to level these days and if your last experience is level 60 it the levels will fly by compared to back then (assuming you're enjoying yourself).

GW2 or Neverwinter, both solid games and very different as well, plus side both are free.

GW2 being out a while now, where NW is about 2 weeks since soft release started!
