Has anyone had problems with these?

I've never had problems with my PC in all the time I've had it, but I upgraded to the latest driver pack and I've now had one STOP (while just surfing the web), and the XP login page (the family one) sometimes locks up and won't allow a password to be typed in.

Seeing as this is the only thing that's changed, I'm a bit suspicious of these drivers!
 
what version do you have on?
93.71 is fine here. And those have been out for 3 weeks so you can be sure they are ok.
