latest oc, advice please

finally managed to get my cabne 0545 part stable on 2.8, passing S&M at 100% cpu usage and 30min occt test. Just got to prime it but im quite confident it will do ok.

Had to stick 1.5v through it to get this high, which im not too keen on doing, and rather disapointed seeming as tho its a pretty good stepping.

so im wondering if anyone else has had to put this much volts to get it to my speeds. CPU idles around late 20's early 30's and the max temp i saw during the S&M was 45 i think (on air btw), so these temps are ok arnt they? thanks

1.5v is fine, dont worry too much about it, as long as its running cool (under 55c)
you'd have to be pretty lucky to get a chip that does 2.8+ at stock voltage.

ok ta mate. another problem im having is with my geil value ram. I raised the cpu to 285mhz, with the same divider, so that ram is still under 200, but i got bsods :s

i slackened the timings, and ive got the volts raised by .1, im thinking its basically because its value ram that is doing this, this could also partly be the problem with my stability issues couldnt it?

edit- prime has just failed after 5 hours
