Latest Realtek - Non bloat

I'm trying to find the latest Realtek drivers for my B450-f board without the bloatware of it installing stuff like Sonic Studio 3 etc

Is there an easy way to just get the latest Realtek driver and nothing else bundled?

Not much of hope.
As far as I know Realtek doesn't offer drivers of any of its products for consumers to download.

You might be able to dig driver itself from that packet of insane pile of bloatware if you extract it.
(how in hell sound card drivers are bigger package than whole operating systems?)
WinRar can extract some of those installer packages.

That was bad mobo for the price.
Asus and Gigabyte pretty much scam in B450 board, with MSI being only good one.
In X570 boards MSI again is the one doing scamming.

Thought windows installed just
The realtek driver?
Without all the other software?
And as said may be able to
Extract the driver from
Downloaded mother board
Software
Forgot which software I had
That could extract just about anything
Wasn't winrar or winzip
Is all I remember right now
And manually install the driver

I could find drivers listed for most of the recent codecs, but not the 1220A, is it custom?

The driver files all seem to be the same though, they are this one:
