Just been posted this facebook group, sickening to see how someone can do it and laugh about it and even film it. Just makes you wonder how people can do this to a defencless animal.

I am not going to link to footage of it, if you want to see it look for it. Looks like he has been arrested and the dog ended up dieing.

Pretty quick how a story can spread on the internet now, kind of like that kid that abused his cat and 4chan members tracked his identity down.

Why do people like this actually exist. I wonder if it's being followed up by the Lithunian authorities. I don't have hope though
