ATI Tool 0.25 Beta 10 works for me and my 7900GT.

ATI on Nvidia?? probably not the best thing i'd imagin....

Best program out for overclocking imo, and I have an Nvidia card. If not then try Rivatuner.

Don't be fooled by the name, it works just fine. Got mine to 640/1900 and it tests for artifacting while it overclocks.
