Launcher software, similar to Spotlight?

I've got really used to using Spotlight as an application launcher but it'd be really handy if I could open webpages in firefox in a similar way, ie I use a universal keyboard shortcut to pop open a search window, start typing the bookmark name and it opens in a new tab.

I tried Quicksilver but I could never get it to work with Firefox bookmarks and I really wasn't happy with it.

Is there anything around which will do what I want?

/edit - I started typing this thread when I was looking to go to a website, of course in the meantime I've forgotten where I wanted to go! I blame my age :)

Looks interesting, ta. I shall have a listen to the podcast they recommend on the way to work tomorrow.

I started listening to that podcast in the car today and one of the the first things they say is that ideally you won't listen to it while driving to work but will do it while sitting in front of a Mac, playing with the software!

I suppose it would be hard if they started going "see that? you click and BOOM"

Almost as bad as listening to the diggnation audio podcast :(
