Lazy person requests cheapo PC spec

I need a new PC for work (at work) - for some reason I have to spec up some parts or something.

I have a socket 775 P4 floating around so I guess we could use that. However need everything else a PC needs for as cheap as possible.

Any ideas? Needs to be able to play at least Unreal Tournament decently

99, 03, 04 or UT3 ?

99 vintage, definitely. But something that could handle 03/04 too wouldn't be bad....

Is it worse than a 9800pro? or even a .. whatever the hell I had before then...

That's really quite mighty....
However, I just thought, i'll probably need a new HSF.. can't see the dell one fitting too well. (oh yeah, cpu came from dell pc)
