Lazy Pixel - What Now?

Alrighty, I've just bought myself and m girlfriend a pair of new screens, Samsung SyncMaster 920n's and on of them has what I think is a lazy pixel, it won't change off of red on a black background.

Can I get this monitor replaced becasues of a single pixel? Its incredibly noticable and annoying when the monitor is black.

I bought these from another vendor, Hope I'm not breaking forum rules by asking about general returns processes/if I have a case for replacement.

I don't think that you will get a replacement for one lazy pixel but it might be worth calling them up and checking, I assume you have tried the usual stuff to revive this pixel?

Try pushing the screen in where the red pixel is and massage it abit.
