Not sure if this is the right place for it!
Got my LCD through the other day and started it up. Its a 20x4 HD47800. All worked perfect!
I couldent see it very well so tried to change the film on the inside but it dident work so put it back to how it was.
I had a bit of trouble getting it to work again after as the rubber pins dident line up very well but i think i have got it now.
Its all working again...Except....16 little pixels on the left hand side of the top 2 rows.
Its a 20x4 so has 4 rows and the bottom 2 work fine.
But these 16 little pixels wont light when running a theme through it via LCDSmartie. BUT, If i put those little blocks in that fill a whole square they light! So there is a contact there!
Any ideas why they dont light then i put a screen through it?
