LCD interferance question

No, I don't believe they do, as they don't contain any magnetic components. I have a subwoofer right next to monitor and it doesn't have any distortions at all.

As above, no. The reason CRT's are problematic next to magnetic components is because they use an electromagnet to direct the electron beam that excites the phosphor coating, lighting up the pixel. Magnetic interference will actually magnetize the shadow mask (bit at the front of the screen) causing the electrons to scatter randomly.

Depends on the level of EMI around the cables, cable type and cable quality. The most susceptible area are the ports at either end. The LCD itself is quite immune, If you have problems, move whatever electrical equipment that is near the cables/ports or arrange the cables better.

Digital cables are pretty immune to interference, Analogue are very susceptible.
