Yeah I have one (MX610) but not had the chance to set it up as a fan controller - there are 2 UK stockists which I cant mention aince they are competitors. Check out the reviews for an idea how to use these - Bit-tech is a good un...

These are very flexible LCD screens and can basically setup fans to either respond to temperature if you plug in temp sensors or even manually via the front buttons via PWM. MAke sure you get the later revisions (not MX2/MX3) since the early ones did not get powered until you got into windows which would be awful if you had your CPU fan connected to them for control...

Basically think of this scenerio - you have a redundant fan that isnt switched on unless your case temp hits 25C, this would allow you to setup the fan to kick in when it senses a temp over 25C and then switch it off when its goes below 25C. Or alternatively have a button to max all the fans on your setup when trying to o/c or play a game and then another button to make them normal speed again for 2d work or watching a movie...

I wouldnt recommend the LCD screens just for controlling fans as you have to do a bit of fiddling/programming to set stuff like that up. Theres lots you can do with them...

Thanks Ps3ud0,
Any chance of seeing a picture of it in your rig?
I am going to use to display other stuff as well, but I did want it to have an integrated controller so that I don't have to purchase a seperate controller.
Do you have an email address set up in your trust?

Yeah funnily enough I found that forum on my travels today, definately like those screens.
Can't find an email in your profile and I cant send PMS, so if you can drop me a line to mine that would be cool.
Cheers
