LCore Network Usage

So trying to set up Rainmeter I noticed my network was constantly uploading 305.0 B/s and checking the Network Activity monitor it turns out it's LCore.exe using the bandwidth.

Now I know it's not a lot of bandwidth but why is my Logitech Mouse software constantly needing to upload something?

Sorted this if anyone was wondering.

Disabled Mobile Service in the Arx Control tab in the software settings.

Thanks for posting this. I'd narrowed down the flood of broadcast messages I was seeing down to LCore.exe, but I was just quitting the Logitech Gaming Software to quell it. I had never noticed the Arx Control tab before, so I didn't even think to try that. Now that I know the cause, I can find a bunch of hits on Google for LCore.exe Arx Control that talk about the issue, but this was the first post I found with a solution.
