this is what i get on my router when trying to access adsl at my new adress.

Its been 16 working days since i notified orange about moving and now all that happens is a orange light on my netgear wirless router flashes now and then but never connects.

ive tired 3 diffrent filters and pluged it inot the main line but it still wont connect.

Ive even tryed my old adsl usb modem but no luck.

ive had no net for over 3 weeks now and its realy ***** me off.

Just my luck that my line is crap.

sounds like a DSL sync problem, therefore a BT fault, which would have been diagnosed with whoosh and fixed within days if you'd logged it with your ISP when it started happening.

So I'd do it now...

rubbish, might take your ISP 2 hours to get back to you, I have the same tool on the screen in front of me and it takes at most about 2 and a half minutes to produce a result. Same tool for all ISPs who provide standard BT adsl (rather than LLU).

EDIT:

In fact, here it is, the joys of working from home...

and yes, all BTs service provider tools are this bad....
