Le Grande Macho is the latest flagship cooler revealed by Thermalright.

It comes with an off-center aluminium fin tower design that includes a series of odd-shaped fins enveloped around the base.

Thermalright also implemented an additional heatpipe for a total of seven, which is still one less when compared to the brand’s HR22 model. Grand Macho is able to passively cool processors with up to 95W TDP, while its pair of 120 mm fans allow it to tackle up to up to 300W TDP without any issues.

The ducts are an option.
There are two different ones. One for 120mm exhaust fans and one for 140mm exhaust fans.

The ducts were first made for HR-22, but work on all HR-02/Macho coolers too. If I remember correctly there are 3 colours; red, black and gold.

The fin density of Machos is less than most other coolers. This makes air flow through them easier and also quieter.

As for comparison testing:
On i7 6700K in Lian Li A79, stock the Le Grand Macho 4.35c cooler than new Intel TS15A cooler.
Overclocked Le Grand Macho is 4.55c cooler
On i7 6700k in Nanoxia DS4 case Le Grand Macho is 5.3c cooler than NoFan CR-95C.
