Forgive me if I've missed the thread, but who's looking forward to watching this weekend? Annoyingly clashes with the F1...

BoP looks to be fairer for this year going off time set throughout practice, although we all know how well teams can sandbag. I guess we will need to see a little bit more this evening from qualifying, although the true picture won't come until the race!

The weather is set to be very nice also, although we know that can change in an instant...

Leaving for France tomorrow. Going to miss qualifying or catch the very end of FP4 depending on the drive over as couldn't re-arrange work commitments but will be there Friday/Sat/Sun.

Looking forward to returning to hallowed ground :)

Feels like this has came back round really quick! I'm looking forward to watching as much as i can handle. Lol! Still one of those things i really need to go and experience in person.

Very jealous! Yeah, this is definitely one of the few bucket list kind of things that I'd really like to do. Oh well, as much watching as possible it is for me this weekend! :D

I'm looking forward to this as its normally my favourite race of the year, unfortunatly I am unable to go this year due to work being mental busy at the moment.

I'll get my Porsche flags ready for the GTE Pro.

I assume it's a Eurosport exclusive again? I *really* hate their coverage. The commentators are ok, but the adverts are relentless. I wish the ACO would properly embrace streaming, as a 24h event is far more suited to an audience which can dip in on and out on any device to see how the race is going and it makes it far more accessible.

You can pay 10 euros and get the whole event live streaming both through the WEC site and the 24hr Le Mans app. I've been doing this the last few years and it's generally pretty good - the connection can crap out a bit at the start (I suspect server overload) but it soon settles down.

You can sign up here:

You will need to create a user to access it - the site is pretty awful to navigate!

I’ve just checked and I seem to be able to get it on Eurosport via Prime video. So anyone who has Prime check the app and I think you should be able to watch it there too. (I’m not aware of having some special version of Prime?!)

Is it just me or is the quantity of advertising way higher than in past years? ISTR ad breaks being fairly short before but they're "full length" ones now and fairly regularly.

I'd be tempted to subscribe to Disc+ for a month if the feed there is without adverts or is it just the live Eurosport channel, ads and all?

I’m watching Eurosport 1 via Prime Video and I don’t feel like it’s any worse than normal Eurosport? I may just have been conditioned to loads of ads though… lol

Just timed it because I’m a bit sad.. around 16 minutes of action between ads. :D So maybe I’m desenstised.
