Just had to change my order for my other half's computer from the Asus EN8800GT to a Leadtek PX8800GT 512mb due to stock issues. Annoying as I need the system for the weekend else I would have waited for the asus - ah well.

Anyway, are any of you owners of either of these cards and want to leave comments for comparison between the two?

As far as I can see the rev2 version of the Asus cards have the new cooler design which looks good albeit a 2 slot solution which would have lost her a PCI slot, so maybe a blessing in disguise...

What I'm most annoyed about is the fact I don't get my hands on a free copy of Company of Heroes, but Neverwinter Nights 2 instead (already completed it, bah!). ;)

Cheers guys!

Well you could get the Leadtek and replace the cooler with a one like the Asus, then you'll have exactly the same card with just a different name and warranty length, as they are all the same cards, they built in same factory, come off the same line, just get each individual brands names slapped on em, and coolers if they use different ones.:p

I have the leadtek and to be honest i prefer it over the Asus cooling solution. Firstly the leadtek has the new standard GT heatsink with the larger fan for cooler + quieter operation but it is still only a single slot card, secondly the leadtek heatsink actually cools the ram, the asus fails to do this.
