LeadTek TV Card = never got it to work

I know this is Graphics cards, btu hey, a TV card is a sort of graphic card isnt it?

Anyway, a few years ago, I bought myself a TV Card. a DTV 1000-s

I failed to get it to work, but at the same time I also realised that it was Digital.

Now, since I had already opened it, I could not return it and so I decided to hang on to it until Digital came around.

Now, its been a couple of years and sure, Digital is now here blah blah blah, btu guess what? It still does not work.

I have never had anything more than a black screen with this card.

I am now running Windows 7 and the drivers seem to work with it, I have tried its own Tv tuner Package as well as Windows Media Center, but nothing.

I have tried to contact Leadtek about it, but I cannot find an english suppoirt site ( LeadTek UK send me to Asia or Russia )

Now, when I bought mine, a couple of mates also bought the exact same model... I have been in touch with them and they too have never been able to use theirs either?

Anyone ever managed to get this card to display anything?

I had the same card years ago, it worked fine in Vista media center, so I guess it should work fine in 7 too.

Bum... So, could it be what passes for a Digital signal around here then?

Maybe the arial is fine for the TV but not so fine for these cards?
