Ok, so I originally had a LeadTek 6600GT AGP card from 31st January 2006 bought from OcUK, which then decided to develop corrupt vRAM in February this year, so I RMA'ed it back to OcUK who eventually replaced it (after 'supply' problems was the reason for the delay). Since I had a spare 6600GT to use I didn't get to use the replacement that was sent very much, so the LeadTek now became my spare instead.
Ok, well the dilemma is the LeadTek card had the same corrupt memory as my original (whether or not they just refurbished it or not I don't know, or I'm just unlucky) so I want to return it for another replacement (or equivalent) since it's still less than 2 years since I originally bought it.
However I don't have the original invoice OcUK included with the card since that was sent back with it in the RMA, just an identical invoice with the replacement despatch date and *RMA* pre-fixed in front of the item description, and £0 total charge.
Would I be eligible to request an RMA either with OcUK or LeadTek even though I don't have a copy of the original invoice (just the replacement's)?
