I've got a knackered 8800GT bought from OCUK which is still under warranty with at least a year to run and I'm trying to get it RMA'd to Leadtek but I'm getting nowhere, no reply to the RMA request and no response to any emails. The RMA centre I believe is somewhere in the Czech. Republic so I'm sketchy as to my legal rights or how I can get this sorted.

Anyone have any ideas?

Most likely not really worth the hassle with how much a 8800GT is worth now...As it would must likely cost a packet for trackable postage to send it back to leadtek..

Cuchulain I sent my 8800 for RMA 2 weeks ago to Qleadtek. There as useless as a retarded donkey on crack. There response is almost non existant, and its been 2 weeks now since I have sent my card off using Royal Mail (costed about £4 by air mail) but I dont even know if they have received it since they have said nothing.

Either way good luck mate, I really do hope you have more luck with them than I have. I sorta knew this would happen...Qleadtek...<---- ok.... and there based in Czech Republic so you know something is going to go wrong.

Just got this sent today...

Dear Customer,

After checking it, Pegatron received your RMA on Nov 4 and it’s under process now, thanks.

Best Regards

Took them 3 weeks just to even take a look at it. Now we will see how long it takes for them to RMA and send it back. Hope this information helps.
