He got such a round of applause when he went off, Apart from Darryl, i dont think anybody shined (then again id have Adam Barrett as man of the match most games) but it was a great win.

Was listening to 5Live on the way back from the Orient match and they mentioned a Man City fan that had travelled all the way from Bulgaria to salute The Goat. Now that is a true football fan. :D

C'mon the super U's!! (thats col u btw).
hey !n$oMniA, you remember the song 'Up the U's' or 'wembley' that Special Duties did in 97 i believe, when they got to the final of the LDV trophy. My uncle is the lead singer of that band, he said they're gonna make a new one in celebration of the promotion, LOL. What a laugh.

Hey dude, yeah i do remember it mate. Oh rite awsome would be great to hear :D . Ive still got the scarf, in fact had it on against rotheram. Still cant believe theyve been promoted. Highest theyve been in 69 years. However im worried over parkinsons links as manager to nottingham forest  .

Yeah it was £84 but i bought it 1/4 way through season. Didnt get one last year because they p***** me off so much last season but this season seemed to be goimg well (sort of a fair-waether fan but have had a season ticket before that for 4 year so...meh). Colchester have a real ability to do that.

Do you recall the 5-1 game against huddersfield few years back, that was a cracking game.

Also congrats southend. What an amazimg 2 seasons. Hope we both stay up and beat ipswich

There was about 20 Man City fans sitting near me Yesterday, one had an inflatable pinapple!

great to see Billy Sharp get joint top scorer with Eastwood. Certaily doesnt get anywhere near as much recognition as the Southend striker, which is bizarre, as he is in an average (as much as it pains me to say it) mid table team!

What a day, seeing grown men painted blue and weeping.
Loved the pitch invasion.
Go on you Blues
What an amazing day. Goater's substitution was so touching...what a fairytale ending to his career. My highlight has got to be receiving my feed the goat flag signed by the legend himself!
