Radiator newbie here, alert! :p

So, all my radiators are fitted with drain off valves, it's the actual drain off valve part which is leaking. It's only a very very slight leak but leaves a small pool of water onto my bathroom floor (luckily it's tile). The water is clear, good news!

However, I don't know how to go about stopping the leak. Is it a matter of tightening it up and if so, where? Or would the valve need replacing and if so, how? :)

On my drain off valves they have a square bolt which the radiator bleeding key should fit. Just nip it up and it should be fine.

Or I have seen them with a larger square bolt on the side which you can tighten with a spanner.

I'll give it a go; I'll be at home in half hour so I'll let you know!

Appreciate the response.
