Leaking pump!

Got my d5 vario today- everything set up, leak testing my build and wtf? LOts of water coming out the back end of the pump!!

I pulled it to the side of the case and the back section was loose. Tightened it - still the odd drip - tightened it like he-man and now it seems fine.

Is this a common thing? For pumps to come with the rear section loose??! I saw a huge pile of water and was like wtf??!

No mate. Was just a pump without top.

It may have been a better option to check the o-ring, but when your loop is full of water and you notice something is slack - the first thing you do is tighten! Lol

All seems ok now after a night of leak testing.
