Whats the best way to fix a leaking radiator. Is it worth going to the trouble of fixing it or am i aswell to just buy a new one?

Cheers Dom

AFAIK it depends on the size of the leak. Your best bet is to submerge the radiator and see where the leak is. If it's not too big you can fix it with solder and glue or with quicksteel epoxy resin sold in car shops. It should be repairable easily enough if it's just from screwing the screws in too far.

rad weld woud end up throughout your loop. I expect that your pump wouldn't like it, never mind your blocks.

i had a tiny hole in one of my rads once, i just dried it, then put about 15 layers of super glue over it

working fine :)
