Lean angle, downw or up?

I was wondering how people prefer their screens positioned?

I've got 2x Samsung 2342BW's and I've found it more comfortable to have the monitors sitting high on their stands chin leaning fractionally down (top leans forwards), my eye level is mid point to the screen centre so they do tower over you a little.

However this seems to give me the most comfortable viewing angle and cleanest panel light spread.

Opinions?

because i tend to sit up straight or lean back, or lean forwards, or watch tv and look to the side of my monitor, having it up or down doesnt help cos I keep moving so I just have it perpendicular to the desk, i.e. straight on!

if I'm gaming on the pc (rare!), i'll tilt it up as my monitor doesnt go up that high. At work however, the monitor goes high (adjustable desk) so i have it straight on at me, eye level hitting centre of monitor.
