Learner driver car insurance with an under 25 supervisor? Is there such a thing?

I've been looking for learner driver insurance for my girlfriends car. She has been driving for 4 years but is only 22 and I can't find any insurance companies that will allow the supervisor to be under 25. Is there such a thing?

My partner was with quote me happy and they were OK with me supervising her (23 at the time) as long as I met the legal requirements ie over 21 and license for 3 years if I remember correctly.
