Learning Excel

Are there any good online guides or books to learn Excel. I did it at college years ago but haven't used it much since. I figure i'm better off learning from the start again.

I used 'Successful ICT Projects in Excel' It has a number of examples to work through, and I found self-taught practice from a book by far the best way to learn.

As above Mr. Excel is good though if you need another forum, though people here are usually very good for specific queries.
