Learning how to create online shops

Hi everyone,

First of all a bit of background; I have experience of developing websites using PHP,MySQL, JavaScript, CSS & HTML. I've been doing a few websites for companies and I'd now like to learn how to create online stores with shopping baskets, order tracking etc. Whats the best way to learn how to do this?

Sorry, I didn't really explain myself very well in the OP. I'm not looking to create one from scratch - I'm just looking to be able to offer the service when I am creating websites.
