Learning to use Illustrator properly

Now that I've got Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver sussed, my attention has turned to Adobe Illustrator and learning how to use it effectively.

One of my favourite artists from DeviantArt who seems to have mastered it is Satansgoalie who does these fantastic political posters and sports emblems.

Has anyone got links to a simple and clear tutorial for all of the tools and features and how to use them properly?

Vectortuts seems pretty good.

Beware, you'll be learning InDesign next . It's actually quite similar to Illustrator and certainly beats word for laying out documents .
